Stonegate PTA Running Club Completes 5K Ft. Worth Zoo Run!

This year’s Running Club at Stonegate Elementary was an immense success. The students participated in training every week and ultimately the club was able to tackle the 5K Run at the Fort Worth Zoo on April 20, 2013! It was a great way to show the students that success comes to all who want it and are willing to work for it. The 5K participants are listed below, along with their results.
We would also like to thank Ali from Trophies & More along with Mr. Mike Hensley for donating Stonegate Running Club Shirts to each student and volunteer. The student wore them proudly at the 5K Run and they looked amazing!!!

Auditions Are Over - wait for the listing!!
Rules and Qualifications
1. Auditions will be limited to the first 20 individuals who sign up.
2. Singers must audition and perform with karaoke-style music that DOES NOT contain vocals. The song must be music-only so that your voice can shine! We need to hear your voice, not the original artist.
3. All acts must be appropriate for ages K through 6th.
4. A parental permission slip is required in order to audition and participate.

Please note: PTA Meeting documents are now available for download on the PTA Page. Meeting minutes and financial reports will be available for your review prior to each regular meeting going forward. Feel free to download and print the documents as you please. This should help cut our printing costs and paper waste tremendously. We will, however, continue to have a limited number of hard copies available at each meeting.

Membership in PTA is less expensive than many fast-food meals and it benefits all of the students at Stonegate. It also provides a way to involve yourself directly in the education of your child. |
Volunteering with PTA is always optional and you can give as much or as little as you want, but the time you give and the life experience you share will benefit the kids for a lifetime |
A great way to earn money for Stonegate! You can do it the old fashioned way by clipping the boxtops, or take 2 minutes a day for a chance at earning up to 50,000 bonus box tops! |
